After a series of one-on-one conversations with Non-Executive Directors working right at the coalface of change in financial services, I’m thrilled to say the very first Lutine Bell NED white paper is out in the wild.

This wasn’t about parroting press releases or rehashing old headlines. The insights in the paper came straight from the source. Dozens of honest, insightful chats with NEDs who generously shared their time and their perspective via roundtables, hosted by myself and Lutine Bell CEO, Simon Crabb.
It’s been a real labour of love, and a reminder of the power of listening before writing.
The best part? This is just the start. The NED Forum white paper will be landing quarterly, bringing more insight, more honest conversation, and more space for the people making decisions at the highest level to have their voices heard.
